The major industries that are served by the Huron branch today are ICI Paints (formerly Dupont) and Harvest States Mills/Conagra.  There is also an area that was used to unload iron ore from ships into railcars for a W&LE train that ran from Huron each day.  They used frontend loaders to load the railcars.
